Terms of Service of Sihanoukville Hotel Group and SiteForge Fast Website-Building Platform Date of Update: May 21, 2026 | Date of Effectiveness: May 28, 2026 💡 Contracting Background and Reminders Welcome to the various products and services provided by Sihanoukville Hotel Group and the SiteForge fast website-building platform (hereinafter referred to as "the Platform"). Before you register, log into My Account, or use the Shopping Cart to submit an order, please be sure to read carefully and fully understand the terms of these Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement"). When you fill in the information according to the prompts on the registration page, read and agree to this Agreement, and complete the entire registration process, or when you actually use the Platform's services in any way, it means that you have fully read, understood, and accepted the entire content of this Agreement. This Agreement shall then constitute a legally binding document between both parties. I. Service Description and Account Management 1.1 Scope of Platform Services The Platform provides you with diversified online commodity and service transaction matchmaking as well as direct sales. The core businesses include: Virtual and Enterprise Services: Technical customization services such as Custom Website Development and SEO Optimization Service Packages. Physical Goods Retail: Daily general merchandise, electronics, and accessories, such as the Portable Power Bank 20000mAh and Wireless Bluetooth Earphones Pro. Cultural Tourism and Hotel Booking: Room reservations and related travel supporting services under the Sihanoukville Hotel Group. 1.2 Account Registration and Security Registration Eligibility: When registering My Account, you should possess full capacity for civil conduct. Accuracy of Information: You shall provide true, accurate, and complete personal information (including name, contact phone number, email address, and delivery address). If logistics delays occur due to an incorrect delivery address provided by you (such as cross-border shipping to Cambodia or Mainland China) or an incorrect contact phone number, any associated losses shall be borne solely by you. Account Safeguarding: Your account shall be kept securely by yourself, and you shall bear full responsibility for all operations and expenses (such as order payments) generated through the account. If you find any abnormal login or password leakage, please click 🔒 Modify Password or contact the platform's customer service immediately. II. Orders, Pricing, and Multi-Currency Settlement 2.1 Order Creation and Status When you select goods or services on the platform and successfully submit them, the system will generate a transaction order containing a unique order number (e.g., SF20260521LQM6XNPX). Distinction for Technical Service Orders: Since Custom Website Development and SEO Optimization Service Packages involve capacity assessment and requirement matching, the order will be in a "Pending Confirmation" status upon submission. The technical service contract officially comes into effect only after the technical team connects with you to confirm the requirements, you complete the payment, and the system status changes to "Paid". 2.2 Multi-Currency Pricing and Settlement The Platform supports multi-currency display and settlement, including but not limited to USD (US Dollar), CNY (Renminbi), THB (Thai Baht), and KHR (Cambodian Riel). The final settlement amount shall be subject to the actual bill converted by the system exchange rate at the time of your payment and deducted by the corresponding payment channel. III. Payment and Logistics Delivery Terms 3.1 Payment Compliance Users can complete payments through third-party payment channels integrated into the Platform, including: WeChat Pay, Alipay, UnionPay, PayPal, Mastercard, and Visa. Users must ensure the ownership or legal right to use the payment account. 3.2 Delivery, Cancellation, and Modification Rules Technical Services (Website Development/SEO Optimization): Once the status changes from "Pending Confirmation" to "Paid" and enters the substantive development phase, no mid-way unreasonable refunds will be accepted in principle, except where delivery is impossible due to the Platform's technical reasons. Physical Goods Delivery: We will arrange for a third-party logistics carrier according to the default address you filled in under 📍 Delivery Address. Cross-border logistics may be affected by customs clearance, taxation, and other policies, and the delivery timeline is subject to the actual provisioning by the logistics service provider. Hotel Room Booking: The cancellation and modification of room reservations must comply with the specific cancellation policy of the selected room type. Please read the rules on the room details page carefully when booking. IV. User Behavior Code and Intellectual Property Rights 4.1 Strict Prohibition of Exploiting System Vulnerabilities Users shall not utilize any plug-ins, crawlers, automated scripts, or system vulnerabilities to maliciously brush orders, tamper with order amounts, or conduct reverse engineering or DDoS attacks against the SiteForge technical architecture. Upon discovery, the Platform has the right to freeze the user's My Account, cancel associated orders, and pursue legal responsibilities. 4.2 Ownership of Intellectual Property The intellectual property rights and code usage rights of the "Custom Website Development" results delivered to you by the Platform shall be determined according to the separate technical contract signed by both parties. All texts, pictures (including product appearances, Brand Story visuals, etc.), trademarks, and the backend SiteForge system architecture of this Platform are owned by Sihanoukville Hotel Group and relevant right holders. Unauthorized diversion or use is strictly prohibited. V. Disclaimers and Service Modifications 5.1 System Maintenance Disclaimer To provide you with a more stable website-building and booking experience, the Platform needs to perform server maintenance or system upgrades regularly or irregularly. The Platform shall be exempted from liability within the scope permitted by law for any short-term suspension of services or delays in order status updates (such as "Paid" status not displaying dynamically in time) resulting therefrom, but will make the best efforts to announce it in advance. 5.2 Cross-Border Force Majeure Since cross-border e-commerce and technical services involve transnational network communications, multi-country customs policies, and foreign exchange settlements, neither party shall bear liability for breach of contract for service interruptions or delivery delays caused by force majeure events such as wars, strikes, natural disasters, international backbone network failures, or technical adjustments by telecommunications departments. VI. Legal Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution 6.1 Place of Signing of This Agreement The place of signing, place of performance of this Agreement, and the main place of business of the service provider of this Platform are Chongqing, China and Phnom Penh, Cambodia. 6.2 Dispute Resolution Method Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved by both parties through friendly consultation based on the principle of honesty and good faith. If consultation fails, either party has the right to file a lawsuit with the People's Court with jurisdiction over the domicile of the service provider. VII.
